The van is then transformed with specialized craftsmanship, from insulation and electrical systems to cabinetry and finishing touches, ensuring every detail meets the highest standards of quality and functionality.

01 / DESIGN

The Ground Work

    • In-depth session to understand the client’s unique needs, travel goals, and essential van features

    • Assistance in sourcing the right base vehicle if the client doesn’t already have a van

    • Identify desired customization (ex. interior and exterior layouts, appliances, off-grid capabilities)

    • Guide through material choices (flooring, cabinetry, countertops) to align with aesthetic and functional preferences

    • Explore layout illustrations to visualize the van’s interior and exterior layouts

    • Iterations based on client feedback, ensuring every detail aligns with their vision

    • Provide detailed cost estimate with itemized breakdown and set clear expectation for build timeline

02 / PRODUCTION

Crafted with Precision

    • Order all materials, appliances, and custom components needed for the build

    • Conduct a thorough inspection of the van before modifications begin, ensuring it’s ready for customization

  • Build

    • Perform structural modifications and install insulation for all-season comfort

    • Build & install custom floor and wall paneling

    • Install essential systems including electrical wiring, plumbing, off grid electrical systems, and heating/cooling systems

    • Build and install fully custom cabinetry, kitchen areas, workspaces, and sleep areas

    • Add finishing touches, including hardware, lighting, and fixtures

03 / DELIVERY AND SUPPORT

Road-Ready

  • Conduct a final walkthrough and inspection with the client, ensuring all full satisfaction of the build

  • Provide an in-depth tutorial on how to use all systems in the van, from electrical to water management

  • Hand off any additional user guides and warranty information

  • Ongoing support for any questions or issues that arise after delivery

  • Offer additional maintenance services and upgrade options

  • The cost of each custom build varies depending on the build complexity and customizations, however, the total cost for most custom builds range from $90K - $200K USD. Don’t hesitate to reach out to us with your vision and we’ll be happy to chat about your budget from there.

  • Most builds take 1-3 months depending on the project's complexity.

    If you have a trip planned and need your van sooner, we will do our best to expedite the process to get you on the road as soon as possible.

  • Give us a shout! We offer limited partial build services and are happy to help depending on the scope of your project.

    Please note, build services may be limited if you want to modify a pre-built van.
